Virtual therapy for adults in New Jersey and New York

A steady space to understand what you’re carrying—and begin moving forward.

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, difficult relationships, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Together, we balance deeper understanding with practical tools that support meaningful and sustainable change.

LPC in New Jersey • LMHC in New York • Secure virtual sessions

Therapy may be helpful if you are…

Living with persistent anxiety or a mind that rarely slows down
Navigating grief, family tension, boundaries, or a major transition
Feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or burned out
Carrying high expectations, perfectionism, or fear of disappointing others
Repeating relationship patterns you want to understand and change
Trying to reconnect with your identity, values, faith, or sense of purpose

What working together can look like

Therapy with me is compassionate, collaborative, and honest. I create room for you to process your experiences without judgment while also helping you identify patterns, practice new skills, and take realistic steps toward change.

My approach incorporates trauma-informed CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy. This means we may explore how your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships influence one another while building practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and daily life.

Faith-informed care, when you want it

You do not have to be a Christian to work with me. I welcome clients from different backgrounds and will always respect your beliefs and preferences. If faith is important to you, we can thoughtfully integrate Christian values, Scripture, prayer, and spiritual questions into the counseling process. Faith integration is always guided by your comfort and therapeutic goals.

Step 1
Request a consultation

Share your contact information, general availability, and what you are hoping to receive support with.

Step 2
Meet for 15 minutes

We will briefly discuss what you’re navigating, what you’re looking for in counseling, and whether I may be the right fit.

Step 3
Decide on the next step

If we decide to work together, I will guide you through scheduling, insurance verification, and the secure onboarding process.

Where do you provide therapy?

I provide secure virtual counseling to clients physically located in New Jersey and New York.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance eligibility and benefits are confirmed before beginning services. We can discuss your insurance information during the consultation process.

Do I have to discuss faith?

No. Faith is integrated only when requested and when it supports your personal goals.

What happens during the consultation?

The consultation is a brief, low-pressure conversation to discuss your needs, ask questions, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

A consultation is simply a place to begin the conversation.
